Cancellation Policy
Mountain Grace Arts Cancellation Policy At Mountain Grace Arts, we strive to provide a wonderful experience for all our guests. To ensure the best service and to accommodate all clients fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy: Booking Fee: A booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your event. Cancellation by Client: We understand that life gets in the way, but please note that there are no refunds for cancellations. However, we offer the following options: Reschedule: You may reschedule your party to a new date within 6 months of the original booking. Please notify us at least 14 days in advance to take advantage of this option. Paint Kits: If you prefer, you can pay the full amount for your event and receive paint kits instead. This way, you can still enjoy a creative experience at your convenience. Cancellation by Mountain Grace Arts: Mountain Grace Arts rarely cancels events, but if this happens, you will have the following options: Full Refund: Receive a full refund of your booking fee. Paint Kit: Choose to receive a paint kit for a creative experience at home. Alternative Event: Attend a different event of the same value at a later date. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled event and have not contacted us to cancel, the booking fee will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. The booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled event, which must occur within 6 months of the original booking date. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 14-day period due to such reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all our clients.
